Office Staff

The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the construction office, ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient coordination of project paperwork, and effective communication between the office and job sites. Responsibilities include managing vendor and subcontractor documentation, tracking schedules, supporting field teams, and maintaining office resources.

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and office staff by handling documentation, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and communication with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors. They help track project milestones, coordinate logistics, and keep records organized to ensure information flows smoothly between the office, field teams, and external partners.

Project Coordinator

This role involves overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, from estimating through closeout, with a focus on managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and on-site work to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, and field teams, providing clear communication and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

We employ a wide range of talented individuals.  We are always looking for tile setters, master carpenters, framers, and construction professionals. WTC is also always hiring people new to the industry who want to learn. English fluency is a plus but not required.

Installers

Executes advanced framing and trim work with precision. Assists in the fabrication and installation of custom carpentry elements. Works closely with foremen and project leads to deliver top-tier craftsmanship in every phase of construction.

Carpenter

Foreman

Leads the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. They oversee field crews, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure all work is executed in alignment with project plans, specifications, and design. This role utilizes expertise in construction systems with the ability to manage schedules, enforce quality control, and resolve on-site challenges in real time.
